About Wise Up
Wise Up connects learners with vetted one-to-one tutors across the catalogue — from academic and professional practice to sport, travel, technology and practical skills.
Our mission
The fastest way to get good at something is an hour with someone who already is. We make it easy to find that person, book with confidence, and meet them live from anywhere.
Breadth, on purpose
A quantity surveyor, a Python coach and a football trainer have little in common except this: what they know is worth an hour of your time. Wise Up covers the full authored catalogue in one place — including travel and local knowledge, and sign language.
Vetted, always
Every tutor is reviewed and approved by our team before they can take a booking, so you can spend your time learning rather than vetting.
Fair by design
Clear pricing, funds captured only when your tutor confirms, and flexible cancellation keep the marketplace fair on both sides.
